What is TAP Chat?

The Ambassador Platform's Chat feature gives prospects the ability to ask questions about student life to ambassadors via the widget on the institution's website and via the Future Student App. These conversations help prospects develop awareness, build confidence, and feel a sense of belonging at your institution; ultimately translating into higher conversion rates throughout the funnel.

With thousands of peer-to-peer conversations happening each month, The Ambassador Platform has many built-in features to make sure that prospective students have quality conversations in a safe and scalable way. 

How can prospective students start a conversation?

There are now 2 channels prospective students can use to engage in conversation with ambassadors; via the Feed on your website or the Future Students App. 

While the Feed is a great lead capture tool and excellent at converting website traffic into genuine enquirers, our Future Students App has been built to nurture those leads and convert them to enrolment. We've seen a 7X increase in the number of messages per prospect sent when an institution has started promoting the app space to their offer holders, compared to the TAP Feed engagement; making it such an important part of your conversion toolkit!

It's also possible to facilitate prospect-to-prospect conversations and help your offer holders find their future classmates and flatmates before they step foot on campus using our Community feature.
