Your Feed is a page a on your website where your ambassadors and all of their content will display in a searchable format.
The Ambassador Platform contains five different types of content from your ambassadors if you're using all features:

Chat contains profiles of your ambassadors.

Content contains captioned photo and video posts.

FAQ contains frequently asked questions and answers on which you've collaborated with your ambassadors.
- Group chats contains any public group chats where students can speak with other students and ambassadors on themed chats.
- Streams contains a list of online events - either ones that have been held in the past and recorded, or live events that are coming up that the students can register for.
All of this content lives and is searchable on your Feed, and is accompanied by a call to action to 'Ask me a question'. This means that prospective students can chat directly to the ambassador about their content or FAQ answer, and we are currently seeing up to 10% more prospect sign ups coming via this route for some customers.
The layout is intentionally very similar to a social media newsfeed with interactive content and navigation controls. Prospects anywhere in the world can see what your ambassadors are up to, learn about your institution and, most importantly, have confidence-building interactions via our Chat feature.
Content is grouped around ambassadors profiles too so by clicking on a profile, users can see everything that an individual ambassador has created (that has first been reviewed and published).
You can customize the page in the following ways from the Admin Dashboard:

Finally, you can create pre-filtered and customised links to your Feed to better suit the prospective students you are targeting.
