What is the Engagement Tool?

Prospective students are receptive to different types of content depending on where they’re in their journey. The Ambassador Platform tracks their progress and allows you to re-engage them with the most relevant content at every step.

Where can I find the Engagement Tool?

If you head into your admin dashboard, you will see the "Engagement" icon in the main menu...

Once you're in the Engagement screen, you will see a list of all the prospective students that have consented to receive marketing. These are the students who you have permissions to re-engage on the platform and nurture to enrolment. 

What actions can I perform in the Engagement Tool?

Our platform makes it easy to re-engage prospective students that are already actively using TAP. In just a few clicks, you can prompt a prospect (or group of prospects) to take one of the following actions...

  • Chat with a particular ambassador
  • Join a Community Space
  • View and chat in a particular Community Group Chat
  • Confirm their journey stage

How does it work? 

Once you're in the Engagement screen on the admin dashboard, you have the ability to filter your list of prospects. Depending on your recruitment priorities, your focus may be on converting offer holders to acceptance, or increasing undergraduate applications from a certain country. You can filter the prospect list by your desired criteria using the filters at the top of your screen...

Once you have filtered your list to display your key audience, click on the button in the top left of the prospect table to select all, then click on the orange "Engage" button...select all-2

You will then be presented with a menu of actions you can perform - whether that's inviting your prospects to a particular Community Space or to connect with an ambassador.

I don't have time to re-engage my leads and/or I'm not sure which prompt is the right one for my students. Do you have any advice?
