What is an 'inactive ambassador'?
You might have noticed on the homepage of your Admin dashboard a section dedicated to 'Inactive Ambassadors'.
Here is how we define an inactive ambassador:
- An ambassador who hasn't logged in to the app for 48h or more
- An ambassador who has at least one unanswered 1-2-1 chat conversation
Please note that these rules only apply to those ambassadors who have the 'Chat' function enabled under the 'Ambassador' tab.
