What are Career Points and how are they calculated?

Ambassadors earn Career Points for engaging with prospects and creating content on TAP. These points help track performance, incentivise quality, and support career development.

📈 How do ambassadors earn Career Points?

Ambassadors earn points for:

  • Time spent chatting with prospects
  • Creating and publishing content
  • Answering FAQs
  • Receiving positive feedback
  • Submitting prospect feedback (+50 points per submission)

The full breakdown is available in the app, and each ambassador’s point total is shown next to their name to encourage pride and motivation.

⏳ How do Career Points relate to time worked?

We use Career Points to calculate time in the Time Report:

3 Career Points = 1 minute of active time

⚠️ Bonus points (e.g. for feedback or published content) do not count toward time worked—they’re for motivation, not time tracking.

📄 What is the Career Reference?

Ambassadors can download a Career Reference—a data-driven report summarizing their activity and achievements on TAP. This helps showcase their experience in a tangible, career-benefiting format.
