In this article, you'll learn more about the different reports we display in the admin dashboard.
TAP is the only peer-to-peer platform that allows you to monitor the whole student journey from discovery to enrolment, see which activities have the biggest impact on conversion rates, and estimate return on investment.
We capture and report on a number of different metrics within the admin dashboard. All of the reports can be filtered by stage of the journey, prospect nationality, and study level.
Overview
As the name suggests, this report gives you a snap shot of what's been happening on your institution's account. We share data on the following metrics...
- Number of users (prospects) on the platform - this refers to sign ups to the TAP Feed and the Future Students App
- Total number of messages from both prospects and ambassadors
- Total number of conversations including prospect-to-ambassador, prospect-to-prospect, and group conversations
- Nationality breakdown
- Study level breakdown
- Journey stages breakdown
- Topic breakdown
You can filter the data for a certain time period (for example the last 30 days) or an exact time period. You can also filter the results by stage of the journey, study level, prospect nationality, or spaces.
Prospect
We capture a lot of information on prospective students when they sign up to the platform, including:
- Full name
- Email address
- Nationality
- Academic Level
- Stage of the journey
We also indicate the quality of conversation every prospect has had factoring in the sentiment of the prospects' conversation(s); length of conversation(s); and ambassador feedback. This information can help you assess which leads have shown a real interest in your institution and may be ready to take the next step in their journey.
All of the prospect information captured can be viewed and downloaded from the prospect report. To do this, click the button in the top left of the prospect table to select all data, and then hit the "Download CSV" button...
Content
Your ambassadors will be sharing quality content and FAQ answers on the platform, which you can track the engagement of from the Content Report. We show...
- Number of views - this indicates the number of prospects who have clicked into the piece of content to view it full screen on the TAP Feed
- Number of likes - prospects can give a thumbs up to content displayed in the Future Students App
Topics
Our topics reporting gives an overview on what your prospective students are talking about at different stages of the funnel. You can filter this report by specific dates, look at what your undergraduate vs postgraduate students are chatting about, or see what themes are coming up in conversation for prospects from a certain country.
If you want to get more granular insight into the conversations related to a particular topic, you can click on the the individual bar in the graph (it will turn the bar orange), and a list of associated conversations will display on the right hand side. You can click on any of the chats to see the conversation in full.
