How to manage your Ambassadors from the Admin Dashboard

In this article we're going to outline how to activate your ambassadors for different features, and manage their access on the admin dashboard.

As an admin, when a new ambassador profile is created on your account, you will be notified via email. This gives you a chance to log into the admin dashboard, review the profile, and activate it for the correct features.

To review your ambassador's profile, simply click on the 'Ambassadors' section of the dashboard, go to the 'Manage' tab, and then click on the individual's name. You will see a snapshot of the ambassador's profile.

When you're ready to activate your ambassador's profile, you can toggle them on for the right features. Please note that to make your ambassador live on the TAP Feed on your institution's website, you will need to switch them on for both TAP Feed and Chat.

Bulk Operations

To save admin time, there are a number of bulk operations you can perform from this screen. Select a single ambassador or multiple ambassadors from the list and then click on the orange 'Action' button. You will be presented with this range of options to choose from...

 You can apply a time limit to multiple ambassadors' accounts, disable a particular functionality, or delete their profiles at once. Hit the 'Apply' button at the bottom of the screen to immediately implement the update.
