Ambassador management

 

Admins can now delete ambassadors from the dashboard

It's been a long time coming, but this feature is here now! To make life easier for our admins, we've introduced a user-friendly feature that allows you to delete ambassadors directly from the "Ambassador List" in the dashboard. This handy addition provides you with more control and flexibility in managing your team of ambassadors.

It's worth noting that when an ambassador is deleted from the platform, any conversations they have been involved in or content they created will still be accessible in the dashboard, but under 'Deleted user'. Any published content will be removed from the Feed when the ambassador is deleted, but will still be available in the Gallery on the dashboard. 

Alumni ambassadors can add hobbies/interests to their profiles
Alumni ambassadors now have the option to include their hobbies and interests on their profiles making it easier for prospective students to start conversations with your alumni based on common interests. 

Upgraded Ambassador List view
We've enhanced the Ambassador List for a more efficient and streamlined management experience. You can now sort each column, making it easier to manage your ambassadors. Additionally, we've optimised the table view with a more user-friendly layout. This upgraded view includes a total ambassador count, green counters in each column indicating the number of active ambassadors, and clickable ambassador names for quick profile access. 

Admin receives notification if an ambassador updates their profile

Previously, changes made by ambassadors to their profiles often went unnoticed. Not anymore! Now, whenever an ambassador makes changes to their profile, admins will receive an email notification, allowing them to review, discuss, or make any necessary amendments in a timely manner.

Flags on ambassador profiles are now optional

You can now control whether flags are displayed for all the ambassadors featured on your TAP Feed. This setting can be adjusted within the Dashboard under the "TAP Feed" section, specifically under "Flags on ambassador profiles."

 

Update admin names

As an admin, you have the ability to modify your name within the dashboard by navigating to the "My profile" tab.

 

Pin multiple messages in Group Chats & Live Stream chats

This feature allows you to conveniently highlight multiple key messages to your prospective students both in Group Chats and in Live Stream chats, making important information easily accessible to your audience.
