Pop card update

We've been listening closely to your feedback, and we're thrilled to introduce a powerful upgrade for our pop cards. Admins now have the ability to create pop cards that can direct your prospects to strategic elements of your TAP Feed, not just the homepage. Here's the scoop on some exciting new applications; you can now signpost prospective students to your:

  1. Content Page
  2. Live Streams Page
  3. FAQ Page
  4. Group Chat (select a group chat from the list)
  5. 1:1 Chat (select an ambassador for a 121 chat in a drop-down, search is available)

This means you have endless opportunities to use pop cards creatively, sparking more engagement across the platform.

Just a heads-up: These changes won't affect your current pop cards. To harness this fantastic new functionality, head over to the admin dashboard, craft your customised pop cards, and seamlessly embed them on your website and landing pages.

Mark conversations where the Admin is involved
We've enhanced the monitoring experience for admins when they're invited by an ambassador to join a conversation. These special chats will now be clearly marked in the list, simplifying the process for various admins to keep a close eye on them. And guess what? This fantastic update applies to both your current and future chats!

Updated 'Settings' menu

We've supercharged your control over notifications and team member invitations by relocating these settings. Now, you'll find them conveniently housed in the 'Settings' menu on the left-hand sidebar of your admin dashboard.

We've also added a direct link to our Knowledge Base through the 'Question mark' icon in the bottom left corner, making it easier to explore key resources about the platform and how you can make the most of it.

Expanded API capabilities for group accounts

Now, group accounts can easily track which dashboard a prospect was created on. If your institution uses Zapier for integration, you'll need to tweak your Zapier setup to ensure this valuable prospect property is fetched seamlessly. However, if you've got a direct API integration in place, you can effortlessly pull this information directly from your list.

Of course, the first essential step is for your university to create a dedicated field in your CRM where you'd like to store this valuable information.
