Admin User Notifications
See below for all the possible system notifications an admin user on TAP can receive and note this can be for both admins and group admins.

| Ambassador hasn't replied | If an ambassador doesn’t respond in 48 hours. | |
| Conversation reported | When a conversation is flagged by an ambassador or prospect. | |
| New keyword detected | A safeguarding keyword appears in a message, | |
| Prospect messaging multiple ambassadors | Prospect contacts 2+ ambassadors. | |

| Ambassador reached time limit | When an ambassador hits their allocated hours. | |
| Invitation to become a Group Admin | When assigned the role of a group admin | Email (same as below) |
| Invitation to become a University Admin | When assigned the role of an admin (on an individual account). | |
| New admin joins | When a new admin joins the account. | |
| New ambassador joins | When a new ambassador joins and their profile needs reviewing before switching on | |
| Ambassador updates profile | When an ambassador makes a change to their profile. | |
| Prospect changed marketing preferences | If a prospect updates their marketing preferences in their settings. | |

| Code to change password | If admin chooses to reset their password, they'll receive a confirmation code. | |
| Code to change email | If admin chooses to change their email address, they'll need a unique code. | |

| New content in gallery | When ambassadors share content, an email will be sent around 4pm (of chosen time zone). | |
| New FAQ answer | When an ambassador submits a new answer to a FAQ an admin creates. | |

| Live stream start reminder | Sent 24 hours and 10 minutes before a stream starts | Email (10 min reminder) |
| Live stream was cancelled | A Live Stream is cancelled | |
| Live stream time changed | The scheduled time is updated | |
| Live stream speaker invitation | An admin has been invited to be a speaker on a live stream. | |
