When you invite an external speaker or ambassador speaker to a Live Stream, they will be emailed a link to the event and password to use. It'll look something like this and will be sent from noreply@theambassadorplatform.com...
If one of your speakers has not received this, please ask them to check their spam in the first instance in case the email has been sent to this folder in error.
If they still can't find this, head to the admin dashboard, click into your event in the Streams section, click on the drop down menu and 'copy stream link'...
Send this to your speaker and they will be redirected to the event screen to login. Although they won't know the password, if they click on the 'forgot password' button, a reset link will be emailed to them immediately...
