What are they and how can you access the benefits?
In collaboration with IDP, we have developed specialised peer-to-peer (P2P) services tailored for institutions already working with IDP. Our goal is to enhance the student journey by facilitating global human connections, enabling students to interact, share experiences, and learn from one another.
These two P2P services, P2P Community and P2P Conversion, are aimed at offering valuable insights to students globally as they navigate one of the most significant decisions in their lives - choosing where and what to study. P2P Community is a content-focused service whilst P2P Conversion is a chat-focused service.
P2P Community
Prospective students who are early on in their decision-making journey will have access to student-generated content from your ambassadors, whether in the form of photos, videos or written answers to frequently asked questions. This content will be linked to your institution on the Hotcourses International sites and help you build trust with thousands of prospective students on a global scale, thus boosting your digital reach.
P2P Conversion
Tailored for students who are well into their decision-making process, this service allows them to connect with ambassadors who are enrolled in courses that interest them or studying in destinations they wish to explore further. Integrated into the IDP Live app and WhatUni app, this service targets users who show higher engagement rates and faster conversion rates. By engaging with your ambassadors, students gain valuable first-hand insights into life at your institution, empowering them to make well-informed and confident decisions regarding their higher education.

Please refer to the two tables below. For clarity, 'Domestic Eligibility' is for UK-only clients, that are recruiting domestically through Whatuni, whilst 'International Eligibility' applies for teams that are working with IDP to recruit students internationally.
