Setting the correct timezone in your TAP dashboard ensures that all activity (such as ambassador availability, conversations, and reporting) is shown in your local time.
Steps to set your timezone

Log in to your TAP admin dashboard.

Go to Settings > General Settings.

Find the Timezone section.

Select your local timezone from the dropdown menu.

Click Save to confirm your changes.
Your dashboard will now display times in your chosen timezone.

Double-check the timezone, especially if your university has multiple campuses across regions.

Updating your timezone does not affect existing data, only how it’s displayed going forward.
