How do I get notified when a prospect messages multiple ambassadors? You can enable email notifications from your admin dashboard to alert you when a prospect starts conversations with multiple ambassadors within a short timeframe.

Why enable prospect messaging activity notifications?

Prospects often reach out to more than one ambassador to get support on different topics. Monitoring this activity helps you:

  • Spot high-engagement prospects
  • Identify potential safeguarding concerns
  • Track messaging trends across your Feed

How to activate messaging activity notifications

  1. Go to your Admin Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Notifications
  3. Scroll down to Prospect Messaging Activity.
  4. Tick the box: Activate email notifications about Prospect messaging activity.
  5. Choose how frequently admins should receive these notifications.

Once the feature is enabled, all admins who have notifications enabled will receive those. They can switch them off under the 'Notification' tab if they scroll all the way down:
