This article outlines the process for ambassadors leaving feedback about prospects.
As an ambassador, you have direct contact with prospects and are very well placed to share feedback and additional comments to help institutions gain more insight to better support their prospects.
Leaving feedback is encouraged, but optional, so there is no pressure on ambassadors to leave feedback if you are unsure or do not have any comments to add.
How does it work?

Ambassadors will see an icon in the top right hand corner in the app where you can leave feedback:

In step one, ambassadors rate on a sliding scale how interested the prospect is in the institution:

Step two includes the opportunity to share any additional comments:

Ambassadors will receive bonus points for sharing feedback. Bonus points do not contribute towards your time; instead they contribute to the career reference and leaderboard which is particularly relevant for if you are a student ambassador.
