What Is the Interaction Hub?

The Interaction Hub is the central location for all conversations on TAP. It provides a unified view of every chat between prospects and ambassadors.

Types of Chats

  • P2P – One-to-one chats (prospect-to-ambassador or prospect-to-prospect)
  • Community Group – Private group chats within a community space
  • Group – Public group chats
  • Stream – Chats that accompany a live stream

Admin Capabilities

Admins can:

  • View real-time transcripts
  • Join any conversation
  • Add ambassadors to chats
  • Delete messages
  • Block prospects
  • Pin chats to the top of the view
  • Mute notifications (if added to a conversation)
  • Close chats
  • Download transcripts
