The Interaction Hub is the central location for all conversations on TAP. It provides a unified view of every chat between prospects and ambassadors.
Types of Chats
- P2P – One-to-one chats (prospect-to-ambassador or prospect-to-prospect)
- Community Group – Private group chats within a community space
- Group – Public group chats
- Stream – Chats that accompany a live stream
Admin Capabilities
Admins can:
- View real-time transcripts
- Join any conversation
- Add ambassadors to chats
- Delete messages
- Block prospects
- Pin chats to the top of the view
- Mute notifications (if added to a conversation)
- Close chats
- Download transcripts
