✅ TAP Onboarding Checklist

Use this checklist to track your progress as you set up your TAP account and prepare to launch your Feed. Times are approximate, and some steps are optional.

🔧 Setup

Action Completed?
Kick-off Call (1h) with your Client Success Manager (CSM). If you’ve signed up for Active Management, your Delivery Manager will also join.
Customise your Feed and settings (30m)
Ask your IT team to embed the Feed and pop cards on your website (15–30m)
IT team creates a new page on your CMS and embeds the Feed + pop cards (30–60m)
These steps will be explained during the Kick-off Call and in your Implementation Plan.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Ambassadors

Recruit at least 3 ambassadors
Train ambassadors on their role, expectations and brand guidelines
(Optional) Live Ambassador Training Session (1h) - delivered by TAP
Invite ambassadors to the platform and approve their profiles (15m)
