It couldn't be easier to invite ambassadors to The Ambassador Platform. Head to the 'Ambassadors' section of the admin dashboard, click on the 'Manage' tab, and then hit the 'Invite Ambassadors' button on the right hand side. You will then be presented with two options...
...'copy and send myself' or 'send via TAP'. If you want the invite to come directly from your email address, click on the first option. You will see a copy of our email invite template that you can use.
Alternatively, you can send the email invite directly from the admin dashboard by selecting the second option. If you opt to send the invite via TAP, you will be asked to submit a list of the ambassador email addresses that the invite should be sent to..
What will ambassadors see when they click on the email?
Regardless of how you choose to send the invite, your ambassadors will receive a link to watch our training videos and asked to download The Ambassador Platform app to create their profiles. It takes about 20-25 minutes for your ambassadors to complete the training and to set up their accounts.
Our app works in all countries (including China) and can be downloaded from the Google App store or Apple store. If you are working with an ambassador that does not have access to either of these app stores, please get in touch with your dedicated CSM or email our support email address below. We'll be able to share an APK file version of our app with your ambassador to get them started!
