To make sure you never miss a message or update in the TAP app, check that notifications are enabled on your device.
🔄 First, update your app
Before checking your settings, make sure you’re using the latest version of the TAP app:
- Visit the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android)
- Search for “The Ambassador Platform”
- Tap Update if available
📱 Android Notification Settings
- Open your Settings app
- Tap Apps & notifications > Notifications
- Under Recently sent, find TAP
- Tap the app name to manage notification categories
- If you don’t see this section, go to App notifications and select TAP
- Toggle notifications on and adjust preferences (e.g. sound, banners)
📌 You can also sort apps by “Most recent” or “Most frequent” to find TAP faster.
🍏 iOS Notification Settings
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Scroll down and tap The Ambassador Platform
- Toggle Allow Notifications on
- Choose how and where notifications appear:
- Lock screen
- Notification Centre
- Banners
- Set your preferred sound, badge, and preview style
