As an ambassador on IDP Student Community, you will be using 'The Ambassador Platform' app. The app is pretty self-explanatory (we hope!) but we have recorded a very short walkthrough of the main functionality for you below:
Please note that if you are already an ambassador on TAP, you will be able to differentiate between chats and content requests coming from your university, and from IDP, by virtue of the fact that anything from the IDP Community will have the IDP logo next to it like in the below:
