How do I engage prospects on TAP?

TAP makes it easy to re-engage prospects by prompting them to take meaningful next steps - helping you guide them through their journey and deepen their connection with your institution.

Re-engagement Options

1. Invite to a Space

Send prospects an invite to:

  • The Public Space (your TAP Feed)
  • Private Community Space (e.g. an offer-holder group for September 20XX)

2. Invite to a Community Group Chat

Target students with shared interests or backgrounds:

  • Example: Invite engineering applicants to join the Engineering Group Chat

3. Prompt to Move to Next Stage

Encourage students to update their admissions stage in the app:

  • Helps them receive more relevant content
  • Gives you insight into their progress
    💡 Best used after key milestones (e.g. application or acceptance deadlines)

4. Send Relevant Content

Share tailored content based on interests:

  • Specific photosvideos, or FAQs that match their profile

5. Invite to a Stream

Promote upcoming or on-demand events:

  • Example: Invite offer holders from Vietnam to join a Pre-Arrival Live Stream for Southeast Asian students

6. Connect with an Ambassador

Match prospects with relevant ambassadors:

  • Example: Invite all PG students to chat with your Postgraduate ambassador
