Ambassador Notifications

See below for all the possible system notifications an ambassador on TAP can receive and note this is irrespective of ambassador type. They receive push notifications on the app, but can also receive email notifications if they choose to do so.

Please note that this article does not cover notifications for ambassadors if they have been added to a Stream. If you wish to see those, please read the article on Live Stream Speaker notifications.

Added to a chat When an admin adds the ambassador to a chat (1-2-1 or group)

New group chat message They receive a notification every hour after 00 minutes about new messages in a group chat where they are a participant

Direct reply in a group chat When someone replies directly to their specific message in a group chat

Reported message in a group If they send a message that is reported by another user in a group chat Email
Late reply If the ambassador does not reply to a message from a prospect within 24h of receiving it

Receives a content request An admin requests a specific piece of content from them (photo/video/FAQ) App
Content published If an admin publishes or downloads their content, the ambassador is notified
